Over 330 people took part in the summer 2024 Cromer Artspace survey between July and October. The overwhelming majority gave positive feedback on Cromer Artspace, the Bigger Picture (90% excellent or good) and Artspace on the Prom (85% excellent or good). Many respondents thanked the volunteers who were making it happen.
Artspace on the Prom was seen as an asset to the town with a good range of exhibitions, but needed renovating and better signage.
The Bigger Picture (showing reproductions of artworks around the streets of Cromer) was thought to be a great initiative, bringing art to many who don’t visit galleries, bringing visitors to Cromer.
In terms of the future, the general message was to continue, but with more: more art, more chances to participate and learn, and more spaces for art.
