Event Details
The Grove Hotel Cromer, Monday 7th July, 10am – 4.30pm followed by an open mic night in the evening.
In this day of workshops taking place in the grounds of The Grove Hotel, you will learn tools and techniques to write poems, receive tips on reading your work aloud and advice on getting poems published.
After the workshops, tutor James McDermott will perform a set of poems supported by an open mic slot where writers from the day’s retreat can share their work.
After the event, writers will be invited to redraft and submit their strongest poems for publication by Cromer Artspace.
Participants should make their own lunch arrangements.
The open mic event will be at 5.30 at the Cliftonville Hotel.
