What the Ice Age left at Cromer

Hilary Cox from Walk Cromer will be presenting a talk about the chalk rivers which expand into the sea leaving us with an amazing chalk bed underwater. There are only 220 chalk streams in the world and these exceptional ecosystems provide a habitat for a large variety of fauna and flora, including those on the chalk bed found just off the North Norfolk coast.

This talk will give the audience a glimpse into the complex diversity of geological history and current economic issues relevant today.

A subject which evokes interest, apathy and exasperation.
